Our No Hassle Policy

This online promo portal is set up to be your easy button for promotional material. However, there are a lot of options when you start submitting a request, so please don't be intimidated. It's designed for you to do as much or as little as you want. We want this to be the easiest process for you to get what you need.

Step 1: Search

Use the search bar at the top of the page or browse through our curated collections to find the products that you would like. Some items may have a minimum quantity, so please keep that in mind when you budgeting.

Step 2: Add Items to Your Quote

On the items page you can choose 'Request a Quote'. When you do so, you'll be prompted to specify the quantity and add a logo. These are both optional, but knowing the quantity will help us speed up the quoting process. Once you request a quote on an item it will go into your cart (there should be an icon on the top right of your screen below the search bar). You can click on it or go to promo.epicnine.com/cart to view or edit your cart.

Step 3: Submit Your Quote

Once you have selected all the items you would like, click on the cart icon and then click 'Request a Quote' button near the bottom. Once you do that, you will be prompted to fill out your contact information. You do not have to pay yet. Click on "Place Quote" and you're almost there!

Step 4: Approve Quote

Once we receive your quote request we will give you a price breakdown of the different items along with shipping. Once your quote is approved and the paid for, we will send it to production and in no time, you'll have your swag ready to promote your brand!
